We were contacted by home owners in Hartford Michigan who seemed to have some paranormal activity taking place in their home, from whispering to apparition reports they were curious and a little frightened as to what it could be?
We conducted a personal hand held investigation on this case due to the small size of the house, we also felt it would possibly get more of a response from the activity with a smaller team. During this investigation I was very aware of several people in the house? One I knew was a woman and a younger man, and some one else who was hiding from me. This of course was only my personal intuitive experience, but I did share it with the team. We experienced several light knocks in response to questions and heard light voices from time to time, in the basement I, Manny, and Randy experienced the sump pump being manually turned on for just a few seconds…now of course if there had been some water or flooding in the base ment we would not think anything of it?...but the basement was bone dry, and we had just asked that someone make a noise or move something. We also waited to see if the pump was on a cycle?.....not at all!... we could not explain what happened. “Manny and I also saw a shadow move in the basement bedroom when we asked are you here with us? The girls upstairs experienced whispering and several knocks as well in response to questions. At one point in the evening I took a break outside with the owners of the house, I sensed someone or something in the side yard and began taking pictures…at this time I also saw someone standing in the corner of the yard..Just as I raised my camera to take a picture they vanished. I believe this was the woman I sensed earlier when I entered the home. At the end of the investigation we conducted a hack box session with the owners present, and the results were outstanding! We had several names and even responses in Spanish! As the husband was Hispanic I asked “Manny” to ask a few questions in Spanish and we got responses, we also had the husband ask if his friend was there with him, as he felt at time s he was?..His friend had died in an automobile accident. We received a yes, and “I’m Okay”..response this of course moved the owners…..we assured them that this in no way means proof but it sure is close to understanding what and who is in the home? We then ended the investigation and thanked the owners for trusting us and having us out to help them. We followed up with he home owners a week later with our evidence and a review. We had captured several EVP’S and recorded several responses on the hack box session, we also had several pictures that were unexplainable. I assured them that nothing negative was present and they had nothing to fear? This was based on the EVPS and the overall evidence collected. We asked that they talk to the spirits and set rules and boundaries in order to control their own house. We helped them with this and to this day the activity is calm and quiet.
